Taihenjutsu & Takagi Yoshin Ryu Omote Gata

Tonight’s class began with taihenjutsu kihon, starting with ryote zenpo and koho kaiten, moving onto mute zenpo and koho kaiten. We continued with mae gaeshi and zenpo ukemi, looking at maintaining the same structure throughout their execution.
