
Training is held two to three times each week for adults. These classes typically include stretching, falling and rolling, drilling basics and, in the second half of the class, the study of a classical ryu and the study of a weapon.
Monday 7:30pm to 9pm
Thursday 7:30pm to 9pm
Saturday 12pm to 1:30pm (subject to demand)
